It's about time Frasier starting shaking things up a bit. Roz leaving for another job may just be temporary, but it gives them a chance (another one, if I remember correctly) to bring in some weirdos to be Frasier's producer.

This show is dying a slow, painful death right now.

The next season is the last, so I would be surprised if she didn't stick around for it. But who knows? I gave up watching this years ago, but I saw last nights episode. It made me glad that I quit watching when I did.
