24: Season 2 - Hour 18 - 4/8/03
1 a.m. - 2 a.m.
It's Tuesday, so Kim must be running from someone.
Some mysterious sniper(s) starting shooting at Jack and company just as the Coral Snake dude was taking Kate to get his ride out of town.
Tony's got Michelle under surveillance within CTU. Carrie has some strange domestic issues with Michelle and the beau.
Mike is still pushing for immediate retaliation on "those 3 countries who shall be unnamed". Lynn isn't too resistance to that course of action. Palmer is hoping Jack will get him the proof so that he doesn't have to order the quick strike teams to pop those "3 unnamed countries".

Does anyone else start cracking up when they see the spot on TV with Jack and Kate and the Michelle Branch song playing over it? That song just seems very out of place with this show.

Wow, I have to wonder what Blaster1's criteria for something to be "not boring"
Overall, an excellent episode since it brings several plotlines to either fruition or resolution: what happens to Miguel, the Michelle deception to Tony comes to a boil, the Wallace storyline comes to a resolution, etc.
Throw in a decent gun battle in the beginning, and it was quite enjoyable.
Venusian - was wondering for a sec if Jack was going to have to end up performing a...*cough* cavity search on Wallace...

I liked it. Although the show seemed slow down and take a few somewhat unbelievable turns in the last two episodes, things look like they're picking up for the Final Five.
From a consistency and quality standpoint, the 2nd half of Season 2 has it all over the 2nd half of Season 1.
Also, it's nice to see Miguel has a leg up on the competition.
Sorry.

if they think jack is chasing a red herring then they shouldnt dedicate so many resources to go after him. yeah he kidnapped kate and broke out of there, but they can catch him later. it seems tony is just doing it for his ego

I thought this episode was great, a breath of fresh air after the 2 relatively dull episodes.
I thought the part when Jack pulled out the gun in the clinic was funny.

Not boring at all! Excellent episode, even if I predicted most of it happening as the episode progressed.
Kiefer is great! I flashed back to him in the movie Flatliners at the end of the episode.

I thought it was good.
Kim's bf with the missing leg was a bit of a shock.
Liked the ending.
And thank god a woman on here takes the initiative and shoots a guy before she gets in more trouble.

The FOX News thing is starting to bug me.
If it were the real FOX News, we'd see O'Reilly bellowing "What do these Middle Easterners have to fear from the citizenry? If a few of them get shot, I don't really see the problem..."
