Checking out info on "NYPD Blue" for this Tuesday and the cable preview give this away:
Why the heck would they spoil it like that? I would rather have waited and been surprised.

That's because the people who make the previews are utter *****heads. Just stroll on by any "24" thread. They either completely mislead the viewer or ruin any surprises, which is why I avoid them like the plague.
Incidentally, it's great to see someone still watches NYPD Blue. I love this show dearly and never miss it.
