Angel question regarding Conner
I was watching the show last week and noticed Conner was kicking some major vampire a$$, almost as if he were a male slayer. I was wondering if because he is the offspring of two vampire of sorts (and if someone could, please explain how that happened since Darla died in Buffy season 1). Does this make Conner kind of like a Blade character? Anyone else think that Conner and Dawn should hook up and make a whiny duo that torments both Angel and Buffy?

Darla was brought back by Drusilla (in I believe) the second season of Angel (dont flame me I because I do not know the specific episode).
Both Conner and Dawn have brought both series down as far as stories go.

They can't kill off Conner fast enough on Angel. That character had so much potential and they really dropped the ball with it. He's had realy bad stories and I think Vincent Kartheiser was miscast. When I think of this badass son of 2 vamps he's not what I picture

I couldn't agree more, although who knows, when I see his audition on the Angel season 3 boxset at the begining of March I might change my mind.

I guess being the son of two vamps makes you a bad a$$? Like I said, sounds like a Blade rip off.

I think Connor and Dawn have both dragged both shows down. I dont like either of them.
They have done it a bit differently than most sitcoms but still adding a new baby or young character is not a good sign to a show. Think Family Ties and Growing Pains.

Angel season 3 is in March, Buffy's OMWF will be released as a stand alone in April and Buffy season 6 is out in May I think.
They seem to be released every 6 months approx, and Angel season 3 has some good extras, like Connor and Fred's auditions.

According to insider info it will be released April 14th as mentioned at the R2 Project here: http://www.r2-dvd.org/article.jsp?se...articleId=5172.
The info about the extras are totally wrong, but hey, everybody makes mistakes.

Bumping as Buffy OMWF is now officially available to order at amazon.uk here (please affiliate the link for the forums if possible).
The cover looks truly awful, but for fans not prepared to wait for the boxset, or those who aren't fans of season 6 it makes sense to buy it this way.
