Richard Pryor E! True Hollywood Story QUESTION
I am watching this right now and:
I never figured out when he caught himself on fire while freebasing.
Was it 1979? 1980? 1981?
I know it was around that time, but when I watch THE TOY his skin looks normal. But when they had past interviews on the program, you could see the scars from his burns in an 81 (80?) interview. Don't they usually make most films a year before they actually come out? In the TOY he has a normal black skin tone. IN the 81 (80?) interview, his skin was very very light.
If this is what I think, make-up does wonders.
-----------
I did not know he had a heart attack while "on a sex binge with two white women".
Had "break-up sex" with a girlfriend and then nine months later another child.
I did not know that he has MS while doing many more films. I thought that the disease came at you like BAM!, but evidently he sucked it up and gave everything his all.
RANT: Everytime the commericals ended, there was a disclaimer saying to the likes of Advisory: coarse language.
I heard an ass, a damn, and a hell....the rest they covered up.
Wow. Coarse.

There is many many versions of MS. In general it mostly sucks life out of ya as slowly as it can with 30 plus symptoms for a duration. Does not show itself nearly until ever doctor in world thinks your crazy, even mighty touted MRI is not magic finder it said to be for it. Well thats speaking from my personel experience.
