Worst of the worst:

Friends-Worst.Song.Ever.

The best:

1. Buffy - Sounds like the Pixies. And that is good, very good.
2. Angel
3. Simpsons - still good after all these years
4. I Love Lucy
5. Futurama

I don't watch either show, but C.S.I. and Malcolm in the Middle have painfully bad songs.

Whooooo are you, who-who, who-who

I guess if you don't really prefer alternative music, songs like Smallville's theme (Remy Zero) or Malcolm in the Middle's (They Might Be Giants), you wouldn't like these theme songs very much. I think they are alright.

I've always liked the theme song to "Perfect Strangers".. so uplifting..

Angel's theme song is cool too.

What's wrong with these? By the way, when's TVLand going to start showing Greatest American Hero? William Katt rocks.

"The Courtship of Eddie's Father" - Ha! Let's see if you whippersnappers remember that treacly theme.

Honk!

Bad theme song:
Frasier - Tossed salad and scrambled eggs?
CSI - I just never felt that the theme song matched the show very well....it ends it teaser with a real serious tone and then it jumps to that song...it always took me out of it.

The ones I love:
Farscape - there something about that theme song that just gets me pumped.
Angel - rock and violin perfection
Alias and The Practice - dunno, just really like them.
I love the Frasier song. Always makes me even though it lasts all but 45 seconds.

WHO ARE YOU on CSI. I don't think the up tempo beat goes with the show, but I love that it goes "WHO ARE YOU" then "TELL ME WHO ARE YOU" the entire time. These are CSI people, they are trying to find out who did the killing.

I like the beats to the Practice theme as well.

My pick:

That Golden Girls song everytime I hear it get stuck in my head. I can't stand that song. Although the show is a very guilty pleasure that is watched in the privacy of my own bedroom.

"And you would see the biggest gift would be from me, and the card attached would say "thank you for bein' a friend.'"

Sister, sister

Sister, sister!

the above was copied from a website, not my memory. although my girlfriend said she watched the show everytime it came on when originally aired. And I have heard the theme song before. And it is very bad.
