Jack doesn't die. He tricks Nina into exposing herself and a sniper wounds her enough to capture her again.
Jack discovers that the troops that attacked them are some uebersecret elite US military group funded secretely by the NSA. Hmm.. The president doesn't like that.

Sayed Ali goes to pray and leaves his helper to take care of Kate. But before he manages to do so, Jack arrives there, storms the place and captures the guy, saves the girl. The guy kills himself.
Jack is upset. They're surprised to find that Sayed was torturing the Warner daughter and Jack finds out about Reza and Daddy Warner.

Reza is helping look through the financial records, at the company's office. Marie shows up and hugs Reza telling him she's sorry about doubting him and that she'll marry him, etc. Hmm... why isn't that very convincing? Did she leave a bomb in the room or something?

Palmer wants to arrest the head of the NSA. Mrs Palmer and the other dude say this is crazy but agree to dig into the matter. After 10 mins of digging they discover all about the uebersecret unit and some further involvement of Roger, the NSA head. President puppet is impressed by his wife's amazing abilities to discover things and about how much help she can be.

Kim you ask? Oh, she kicks ass. She shows us she can contort into getting her handcuffed arms from her back to her front, while on the backseat of a car on its way to LA and starts a fire with a bandana. Police dude panicks and they tumble off the road. Police dude almost dead, karate boyfriend almost dead, but talking, Wonderwoman Kim is jumping out of the car, hopping back in front calling for help and running away.
The final minute of the show is in the next paragraph

Mrs Palmer calls NSA boss to tell him Palmer is onto him, but that she has his trust now so their operation can still continue even if he'll be arrested.

Reza discovers some strange transactions (what was the Trojan Horse thing about?) and realizes that the only one that could have added them is... Marie (his fiancee) which shows up with a silenced gun, shoots the black CTU dude and after showing a tear in her eye, shoots Reza too.

Holy Sh*t, this will be good

The stupid godamn commercial gave away that Marie was a bad guy and would waste Reza...godamn, someone else needs to make these commercials. They didn't explicitly state it, but it seemed fairly clear from what they showed. Just like the commercial for the next episode showed too much

Mrs. Palmer

Marie being the connection to the terrorists and using Reza as the fall guy. Also this is the start of Jack and Kate for the rest of the season. I had my suspicions that Lady McPalmer would show her true colors soon enough. There are quite a few evil women on this show.
