Gotta be Helene. What an ice princess, though. He must be one of those guys who are really attracted to girls that don't like him all that much.

Why, oh why does this have to be two hours, though. Haven't the ultra-painful two hour Survivor finales taught us anything?

Gonna skip this ridiculous mess, but I thought i'd pass along some information I saw on the news.

Apparently an "offshore" site that was taking bets on whom/what he was going to choose, stopped after there was a huge influx coming from this guy's hometown. They assumed that the population might've seen him walking around with , so they cancelled all bids.

Agree. But, if you read People and see how many hot actresses in Hollywood say they are hooked on watching The Bachelor, you gotta think the smart move is to blow off all the women on the show and go to Hollywood and whore out on your celebrity.

I would have picked her too. I can't wait to see her reaction. Man this has been a long two hours.

Well, it was tough to flip between channels. I was torn between watching the VS Fashion Show or The Bachelor.

Well, it looks like Helene is the winner. As for comments about her being the ice princess, she was like that only in the beginnning because she was skeptic. And as I said plenty of times before, she was the smart one by not falling in love so quickly with Aaron since he admitted that it was "spooky". As we all saw, she really opened up to him and I think that's why she got picked (other than her good looks) Plus, she had all the good answers to the questions asked by his parents.

Personally, I think Brooke's age had something to do with it or the fact that she hasn't had much life experience. She is mature, but not necessarily in the relationship department. She doesn't appear to be intelligent either. First of all, she hasn't even finished college. Sure she is a senior with only a couple of classes left, but what surprised me was the fact that she wanted to go to law school, but hasn't even picked out a school yet. Not even one. I'm sorry, but if you're a senior and you want to go to law school, there's a certain amount of preparation that is required. Either that or she is not sincere about her future plans. Honestly, and I speak as a fellow Alabamian, she seems more of the type who would rather stay at home and start a family like a lot of girls in that state. For some reason, girls from Alabama have this fantasy of marrying young and starting a family. But of course she couldn't say that in front of Aaron's parents.

As for Helene, she has it all.

I can't believe she accepted. (But, for Aaron's sake, I'm glad she did.)

I don't think she loves him, but I do think he is the man of her dreams....

Lame - it's just now over here in AZ - so I guess it gets aired way later here. That poor blonde chick... she was so sad. This is the only episode of this stupid show I've watched. That Helene chick is a bit prettier, but she seems kinda boring... I guess that Bachelor dude is pretty boring too, so they should be perfect for each other.

That kissing montage at the end where she won't shut the hell up was hilarious!

So you have to finish college to be intelligent ? Brooke seemed like the person that he would have more fun with , but that's my opinion . Helene must think she is the funniest person in the world because every-time she says something she laughs . Damn that is annoying !

The conclusion was given away shortly before acommercial when they showed the ring getting placed on a hand and you could see a bracelet on the woman's other hand.

A keen observer would note that Helene was the only one of the two wearing a bracelet.

My view of Helene changed. Before I saw this episode, I still thought that Helene wouldn't make a good wife for Aaron...but after this episode, I think she really likes him.

I honestly think that Brooke would have made a better wife (in a June Cleaver happy homemaker kind of way), but I think Aaron will have more fun with Helene. I think there will be more ups and downs with Helene than there would have been with Brooke because Helene seems pretty independent and Brooke seemed like she would bend over backwards to do anything for Aaron.

I thought Aaron's dad, Alden, was pretty funny. When he met Helene he said something along the lines of, "Helene. What an exquisite name for a beautiful woman." And then when he met Brooke he said, "Brooke. What a beautiful name for a beautiful girl." Or something along those lines. Homey used the same line on both girls. Aaron probably learned that from his dad.

Did we really need to see Aaron's grandma? Was her presence even needed? She contributed absolutely nothing.

Anyway, I knew Helene would be the one picked, and I think the two of them will be happy with each other. I honestly think that their marriage will last.

The biggest issue will probably be with her having to move from New Jersey to Missouri. That'll probably be a bit of a culture clash for her.

Oh, by the way...Aaron's bachelor pad was pretty dope.

I'm all for guilty pleasures, but y'all should lose your tv privelges for a week for watching this tripe......blech.....
