Csi 10/10

Decent episode tonight. Seems to be some sort of ongoing 'fued' between Grissom and Sara...I remember an incident or two from last season.

BTW, what sort of real estate agent has a cardboard cut-out of themselves?

Probably a lot of them do, just to put on a more personal touch in the recognition game.

Good ep. But what is the deal with Grissom's hearing? Is this going to be a random thing for only certain episode plot lines

Grissom's hearing is an ongoing subplot. He's losing his hearing gradually (he had a deaf mother).

I don't know... I thought this was one of the weakest eps I've seen so far.

Agreed. The cheerleader plot was incredibly lame. I'm certainly no PCP expert, but it was just too much for me to swallow...

Yeah - can't say that I loved that storyline.

I liked the real estate storyline, but not the cheerleader story. What's up with having the other cheerleader go Hannibal? Did they explain how the skin got into the guy's system, or was he also chowing down? I think that I might have missed something somewhere along the line.

Where is the whole Grissom/Sara story? Wasn't there a point last year when it looked like they would be romantically linked? Then it was dropped all of a sudden? I would like to see the Warrick/Catherine relationship expand, since it has been hinted at before as well.

The thing between them is wierd. Basically Grissom told Sara to get a life b/c she would sit at home and listen to the police scanner. Then there was this sexual tension between them last year. Finally, Sara quit CSI, but was talked into staying by Grissom. I think there was something else that happened before but I don't remember.

I think there is always sexual tension when both sexes work together...and they are just showing it in the show. It usually never amounts to getting together in a janitors closet.

I also the cheerleader story was to much......but when I was taking a sustance abuse class. They showed pictures of a guy who ate his own arm when he was hopped up on PCP. Some friends of his went to get some KFC and he thought they had alreay return with the chicken and he started eating his arm.

Another picture I saw of a man who was on PCP also, that used a broken mirror to cut at his face and eat the skin. His face was total skinned.

Why did this episode have a big "adult content" warning? I have seen other episodes that were more gory than this one.

Probably because of the sex angle. You can show all the violence you want on American TV, but when it comes to sex and a little bit of skin, you might offend some people in the Bible Belt and Utah.

Didn't Grissom give Sara a dozen roses last season sometime? I vaguely recall that.

I had a question: they had to do all that camera analysis to find out it wa s he stepson who was sleeping with the woman, but when they questioned him, they had all these sex photos of the two of them together and they were very blatantly obvious, posed shots of the two of them.

Where did those pictures come form? If they had those pictures, why did they have to manipulate the reflection in the video to see who was filming her? Did I miss something?

that was the episode where she quit. she tried to leave b/c she felt under appreciated. Grissom wasn't telling her how much she meant to CSI, etc... When she came back, he gave her flowers.

I believe CSI found the pictures of the two of them together after they found out it was the stepson who was filming that fine ass woman. (If I can recall, but I was doing a little reading for class the next day while watching )

I thought this was a good episode. I loved the way that the gang kept going through every possible suspect in this episode and coming up short until the end. (It was like I was there with them wondering who the hell did it, because I believed it was everyone they believed it was. I loved how Grissom made that dude wear those socks after rubbing that mildew substance on his foot.

But it wasn't as good as last weeks episode, which was excellent.

I remember now. What was up with Grissom letting her go solo? Exactly where does she rank with the other CSI's? Catherine is next in line after Grissom, and I believe I remember an episode where Warrick was ahead of Nick, (can't remember if this was changed because of his gambling problem), so where is Sara in the order of things?

Since Grissom and Sara knew each other before Las Vegas CSI, I have always had the impression they might have been an item in the past. That could certainly attribute to the tension going on. Grissom brought Sara to LV to investigate the death of CSI Holly Gribbs, then asked her to stay on. I think a mix of their past and the fact that they are so alike, makes them butt heads and Sara feels unappreciated. Does that make sense?

When they visited him in the hospital there was a flashback of him eating. What I don't get is how there was still skin in his system. He threw up on the field, and was throwing up before going to the hospital, yet the contents bag looked like a full stomach. Did he go back for seconds?
