No its the Towile episode. The boys are playing videogames and Cartman is in the bathroom, they are giving him a hard time because its been in the bathroom for so long, then he finds Stan's mom's tampon in the garbage and brings it in the room. Wanting to know what it is. The he says in a sling blade like voice.."You shouldn't have done that, he's just a boy" and so on.
