Baby Blues on "Adult Swim"
Did anybody watch it? I saw the episodes that aired on the WB, which were good, but were as tame as the comic strip. The ones I've seen on Adult Swim were not really comic strip humor, with some sexual jokes that would never fly in a newspaper.
I think the last episode just aired on Cartoon Network, it'll repeat next Monday at 12:30 AM, but it's time slot will be filled with episodes of "The Oblongs", another failed WB animated series. They probably ran out of new episodes to air, I only think a few were made.
I liked it, and it's sad when nobody else does.

I liked them as well, including the Oblongs. I didn't think the Oblongs ran out of new episodes, tho, WB put it on hiatus with new episodes unaired. That was the same story with Mission Hill and Baby Blues. WB could have had a powerhouse line up for animation if they put their mind to it. At one point they had Invasion America, Mission Hill, Baby Blues, PJs, and the Oblongs, all which could give FOX a run for its money on Sunday nights with people so sick of the Simpsons.
Speaking of Invasion America, I wonder if that would ever come to Adult Swim Action?

Man, if Cartoon Network has any brains they'll pick up Invader Zim too. Nick has really fumbled with it, but CN could make an end run if they handled it right.
When did Mission Hill come out? I know I probably saw previews for it a couple years back, but I can't remember which channel it was on or anything else. Was it actually based on a comic book? It looks so familiar.

As for Mission Hill, WB aired a few episodes in the Fall of 1999 and a few more in the Summer of '00. Out of 13 episodes, WB only aired 6, so Cartoon actualy premiered 7 "never before seen" episodes.

Invader Zim=KID'S CARTOON, which does not equal good programming for ADULT Swim. I know there are adults out there who love this show, but it is not for Adult Swim. It's as adult as the Powerpuff Girls, which is actually a great cartoon for adults, but is also a kid's cartoon in disguise.

In either case, never before seen would be a total lie since I've seen every single episode, as have many others all over the world who had their channels air them all.
Either way, it's the best animated series since the Simpsons was good.
