Heh. I would have gone out for Mole 2... I was living in NYC at the time and they held auditions there... but was hesitant because they asked that you put aside 6 weeks for the game. At the time I couldn't have done it. If they put one together for this summer I could definitely go since I'd be in between semesters at school and I'd just quit my job earlier than planned.

Sorry if this has been typed but I only had time to scan the thread. I don't recall ever seeing an answer actually clicked on during the quiz but this week someone clicked the choice of "fourth". The fourth person shown after that was Bill. Also, at the end when each person was saying they weren't the mole Bill was the fourth. Combine that with the "admiral" thing from last weeks intro and I think that's the mole.

Ok. I ask this every week but haven't seen any replies... who do you think will be in the final three?

* This episode is the final "observations" poll. And, not everyone is a close observer.
* There will still be two more quizes, however, they will be in the format of "Mole, Winner, Loser", in the events that the games and actions in the episode prior to the final quiz changes someone's mind.
* During this series, I have been keeping a text file that lists the quiz questions that I have posted along with who got eliminated, and in which episode. Thus, expect about a dozen Mole threads to be resurrected.
I can only give you my prediction now, but won't know exactly until the final episode, but....
Mike - Admiral Bill (primary), Al (Secondary)
Executed - ???
Winner - Heather
Of course, this is TV, so we could have been mislead.

Just in case this has not been posted, a petition has been started to encourage ABC to go ahead with Mole 3. Here is the link for that petition. I don't know how effective they are, but at least we can try. Chris

This show would not be the same without Anderson. He has made for some very funny moments, like in the bike game - "These hills are a bitch, aren't they?"
I like the rapport that develops between host and players, even eating meals together.

catch, i like your reasoning and observations and you've convinced me Al is the mole. strong 2nd is dorothy. the way she 'breathed the sigh of relief' when her thumb went green seemed fake. and the fact that she met anderson at the door for the tether ball game, when he went into everyone else's room.
great show though, and looking forward to #3 (for the benefit of those making the decisions)

I've got to chime in about the number "4" theory. I doubt, really doubt, that they would do that again this year. Last year, the show told us how the number 4 was so vital to the clues. Katherine was the 4th one to appear on the premier episode, and MOLE has 4 letters, yah, it was SOOO far fetched, I know, but that was how they reasoned some of the "hidden" clues. Anyhow, a lot of people are going with the 4 thing again. I don't buy it. Catch21 also noticed something that I did, and that was when the show asked "Who is the Mole?", they showed Bill with "Mole?" under him, again, Bill was 4th, Mole...4 letters..blah blah. But more importantly, When Al was shown, the word "is" was there. Al IS the mole....IS!! I would hope that the too obvious "MOLE" word under the actual mole isn't going to come true, as that is just too obvious.
As for that letter with the phone number that when deciphered said "Bill is the mole"...didn't the real mole send that telegram out? Wouldn't the mole try to plant things like that to throw people off his/her trail? (Though we all know it's really Al!) That AdmiraL thing is a bit weird, but the A and the L were capitalized....sooooo...AL!
Anyhow, this show just gets better....I loved that last competition, with heather running all around and taking her sweet time at the end. The only thing that was rather odd was that Heather ran right INTO Bribbs, she could have made a leap for that last thumb print, but she just kinda stopped....oh well.

14. Al sells 2 pairs of shoes for the price of 1
15. Al is the only one who breaks eye contact when saying he's not the mole
16. Al says "I wouldnt be holding this mole killer if I'm the mole" Al's not holding the can. The can is on his knee . Plus his arms are crossed.
17. In the heart rate game, Al has to double cross the ropes.

Does anyone else know about an old and short-lived game show called 'The Chair'? I read on another forum that Al appeared on this show... one of the challenges was to answer questions while strapped to a chair and keep his heart rate down. He won the game. Doesn't this sound confusing considering the tightrope walk that Al failed because of his heartrate?

But keeping a heartrate down and keeping it artificially high are two different tasks. Al just doesn't look like he has those skills.
If I saw some vidcaps, I'd join you on the Al team goofee, but don't all game/reality shows has exclusivety agreements where you can't appear on another show a year previous or after. That leads to my skepticism of that fact.
But then there is that other huge list....still I'm sticking with Heather.

Although I'm sticking with Al I'll admit that the show is making Heather out to be terribly suspicious...... so you have good reason to stick with her.

Like MarkHoltz, I believe Bill is the Mole and Heather will win. I think that Al will be executed next. And Dorothy will be the final executed player. Heather will win in a close one.
If Heather doesn't win, then Dorothy should surely win. Dorothy should beat Al in a head-to-head quiz.
If Bill is not the Mole, I hope he gets executed next. Then my next pick for Mole would probably be Dorothy then Al.

You watch the Mole, Deftones?
I agree that Bribs should have won... he was a good player and just an all around good guy. Looking back I think he was one of the players who kept tying for lowest score... everytime this was announced he would shake his head and look down. Poor kid.

My gut instinct was always Dorothy...her getting those impossible questions right, right before time was up was...shocking...
But Heather has been confusing me lately...

The "Bill is the mole" clue on the telegram is too much for me to overlook. I really do think that ABC caught so much flak for the first Mole's "Secret Clues
" that they tried to make them easier. Big mistake, as anyone who was familiar with the AI game can attest.
I think Dorothy will win because Al will trust Bill and get executed.
Also, has there been any mention of Kathryn Price's Online Mole Journal? In the last entry (second to last, maybe) when she discusses Bill's attempt to put the Mole fingerprint in Dorothy's journal, she says
>>How great is it that Dorothy thinks Bill neutralized her because she found a gray hair underneath the sticker
in her journal? That's the best piece of detective work we've seen all season. I can just see her in her hotel
room with a magnifying glass and some tweezers. If she keeps that up, maybe our ratings will start rivaling
CSI.

They didn't show Dorothy finding the gray hair, but she did say in her confessional that she had found a gray hair underneath her sticker.
Everyone has been pretty much saying that Dorothy is "scarily" smart, so her ability in the game hasn't surprised me much.
