I would start putting Danielle and Jason up, the longer they wait, the longer they're screwed. They should also start on the couples, heck, do one of each.

Eric, on the other hand, does absolutely nothing for me.

What is the twist for next week? I don't feel like reading all of the replies...
Thanks!
And Patman, where were you to tell the evicted early?
I thrive on your info about HOH, Veto, Evicted, before the fact! And I want to thank you for it.

No, that's the allure of a "Live" for the eastern and central time zones (w/r/t the eviction). But this week was a done deal - Amy.
If you read the live feeds, it's very apparent that Roddy just tells people what they want to hear with insincere rejoinders. But I don't think he's that good at it, considering that people think he's the big brain of the house.
Eric admitted that he didn't listen to the entire tie-breaker question (for all I know, he might have been trying to answer the questions: What is the combined weight of the evictees? Even then, he was grossly under that number as well.

I bet Roddy is glad he made that deal with Gerry now. I saw a little bit of the live feed updates and Gerry and Marcellas were talking about who Gerry might nominate, and marcellas said "what about roddy" and gerry was like "no, i owe him one". That worked out perfect for Roddy!

Uh, actually, I think Roddy would gladly let Gerry put up KiKi because I don't think he really "likes her" likes her (not like the relationship brewing with Lisa and Eric). KiKi is so below Roddy's smarts level, it just wouldn't work in the long run for them, I think Roddy knows this in spades.
I think it would be funny if the veto of was used, and Gerry put up Jason, the untouchable, just to really target the remaining original nominee.
BTW, the food challenge is really funny, so tune in tonight to see it!
I think next season, they'll make it that the POV MUST BE USED, and you'll see people treat it like a hot potato during the POV competition. Or give a financial reward for using the POV. That would rachet up the stakes.

That is a very good idea. This show generates alot a revenue for CBS and grows on the ratings each year. Giving a $20,000 incentive would be nothing for them.

There's no other reason they'd be keeping the evicted guests locked up AWAY from their families -- and skipping all that good "reunion" footage.

Which of the evicted houseguests would you like to see returned to the house?
I think they'll wait another 2-3 weeks so the list is bigger to choose from.
On a unrelated note, I was
when Marcellus kissed Josh after the eviction. They're the best of friends now

Patman, I think the deal was just to not nominate him...and he didn't. If Kiki does what you say, then, as far as Gerry is concerned, he already kept the promise once and only Kiki interfering would cause Gerry to change the nominations and it would be easy (easier) to select Roddy against Eric. As I said before, Gerry needs to tell Roddy that if Chiarra does anything, he will be the one who gets picked. Roddy gave the same ultimatum to Marcellus. That would keep the POV from being used and allow Gerry to look as good as possible to the others. If he selects ANY of the other people he opens the door wide open and is far more likely to get booted himself. Gerry needs to make sure that 1 of the 4 couples people leave.
Lisa is just like Shannon (just not nearly as pretty) from last year who complained about how weak the reasoning was for her being nominated with Will. As if the explanation should even have to make sense or be nice anyway.
So far I actually like a few people, which is a few more than past seasons. Danielle seems pretty nice and so does Jason. It's actually somewhat painful to watch these people behave like idiots, although as much as he is a jerk (like Will was) I think Josh and Marcellus keep it entertaining. But to actually have 2 people that I can root for is a bonus that I didn't have on the 1st two Big Brothers. Although I bet in a few weeks CBS will make sure through editing and desperation that I hate Danielle and Jason too.

Interesting twist on the POV. It'll be interesting to see how that turns out.
I'm lovong the show, but three days a week isn't cutting it for me, everything just seems to rushed and it just seems like we're missing out on some good stuff. It's the Thursday episode that really kills the whole thing, its live and we get evictions and new HOH, but its a really dull episode.
Still loving it though, with this weeks nominations I think we're getting to the point of massive backstabbing with more alliances than contestants.

I still wished we got episodes on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Having the Wednesday and Thursday back-to-back doesn't build up enough drama for me.
I don't know what any of the people who get nominated feel like the HoH needs a valid reason. Obviously if they nominate you, you are not in their alliance/team. Simple as that. Sheesh! Everyone nominated acts all indignant when they are up on the chopping block. It's a damn game!
I do look forward to seeing Josh nominated in the next 3 weeks because he's such a Energizer rabbit of a conniver, hounding people all week long about their vote, making deals, naming first born after each houseguests, etc.
I still think if you promise not to put someone up, it goes for both the initial noms and the POV nom. But that's just me, and I'm definitely not a lawyer, so you just hope the person you make the deal with understands what "safe for a week" means. Danielle better watch out because with so many of the women gone, her other alliance is dwindling, and I really hope she doesn't win (because she just wants it too much). I think it'd be a hoot if somehow Marcellas won because of where he started from the onset that first night.

As much as I disliked Josh from the get-go, there are people I would rather see go before him. He wants to be like Will too much and will never be as entertaining as Will, but at least he keeps it lively.
I think the Wednesday/Thursday thing does keep suspence from building, not only that, but when POV is actually decided on Saturday and we don't get to see it till Wednesday.....I don't feel like waiting too often so there's a small bit of suspence gone from the Wednesday ep.
Eric sleep talking is hilarious, Julie made a joke about it on Thursdays show....glad they actually got around to letting the TV audience in on the joke. And speaking of Julie....she blows. My god, its like she's working off cue cards when she speaks to the contestants and is unable to think of anything spontaneous or mildly witty to say.
