She-Wolf... Anyone remember this show?
Heyo,
As I wa watching An American Werewolf in London the other day, it reminded me of a syndicated series from the U.K. called "She-Wolf." It was very well done and I remember it vividly because it was the first time I had ever seen man's full posterior on TV. Oh, and almost a complete breast. Anyway, the show went well up until the second season when it was retooled and turned into a comedy. So, anyone remember this show?

Yes I remember it well since I worked on it as a post production assistant when it came to the U.S. There were 20 episodes shot. 14 were done in England and those were under the title of "She Wolf of London". The remaining 6 were done in Los Angeles and aired under the title of "Love and Curses" The stars were Kate Hodge and Neil Dickson. I've seen a few episodes air on the SciFi channel awhile back. The Internet Movie Database (www.imdb.com) has more info on this. You're right the stories did sort of fall apart when they brought it to the states. However, it was only one season, 1990, with a short hiatus when they moved locations.

I liked the show as well, when I remember it, very interesting, ahead of its time, I think it will get the audience now in the uk, with the buffy/angel popularity, post X files tv, remembering hearing of a series about Gilles from Buffy the vampire slayer based in England, which is meant to be made soon, and I think it reminds me of She Wolf of London a bit.
