If it was just Dark Willow and Darth Sidious, I'm not sure. He presumbly is good with a light saber, but the question is could he get near her? I think her powers equal "the force" and could be considered the same thing or similar. Could be cool. I think I'd still give it to the "pissed off beyoach."
However, you did throw Yoda into the mix and he can seriously kick ass. I'd give it to him.

1) Buffy vs. Dracula: Win for Buffy (but close to a draw.)
2) Buffy vs. Willow: We'll find out Tuesday, but since there is a Season 7, it must be a draw or a win for Buffy
3) Yoda vs. Dracula (Christopher Lee): Haven't seen it yet, but since Yoda lives in the next trilogy, it must be a draw or win for Yoda.
Therefore: Yoda beats Dark Willow.

My vote is for Willow, she's got a lot of anger going. Raw emotion over political motivation any day. Wouldn't it be great if they teamed Will up with Ethan Ryanes next season.
