I am confused, is Nicole Sullivan back or was this episode a mixture of old and new skits? And if Nicole is back then why at the end of the show was not every cast member there?

At the end of most shows now, they show an old sketch. For example, one of the black cast members appeared in an old Spanish version of "All in the Family."

This was definately a repeat episode because the credits in the beginning were last seasons credits. This season they actually say the names of the stars as they flash on the screen, but they didn't last night. Also both Nicole Sullivan and Nelson Ascencio left the show at the end of last season.
