Static Cling

Once again, another great ep. I can't believe Bravo's mission... 6 MINUTES! Geez! But they killed Jody! You bastards! I was down with SGM Devers getting a little pissed off at Alpha making mumbly excuses, and then Devers took it a little too far.

Good:
- Jody and physical training... always good for a smile... and Jody's World! Ha!
- No Snake Pit, no Snake Pit Vipers. Thank you, Mark Burnett.

Bad:
- One of the Alpha guys showing his inexperience at SWAT-style CQB when they threw the first flash-bang, and he stepped into the room before it went off. Oops.
- Everyone on Alpha selling French out. Even French. Why are French's skills redundant, but not Dan O'Shea's? Spice & O'Shea are both SEALs, but I'm pretty sure French is the only Army SF guy on the team. Was it me, or did O'Shea have this guilty look of "it should have been me?" Or is that how he always looks? Maybe I was just projecting, because I think it should've been him.

From the next ep preview: they actually did a good job of not letting us know how the next show goes down. No details on what kind of mission, or who wins or loses. Looks like Navy SquEAL Scott pipes up again (geez, vote him off already!)... and I don't want to admit it, but I agree with how he feels about O'Shea, if it's for the events of tonight's ep. I still think Scott's a complete jackass, though. And we finally get to see the Delta guy do the Gladiator reference: "ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?!"

Damn cheaters. I personally don't think Devers went too far when he got pissed off for them cheating. They knew it wasn't a good idea and Devers is in charge of making sure people don't pull stuff like that. They're big boys, they knew it was wrong and they did it anyway. I would expect a good lashing if I cheated at something like that. I can't believe O'Shea didn't get booted though. But oh well, it makes for some good fighting in future episodes.
