O.K. CBS, what the hell? (Friday night schedule)
This past Friday night (1/25), both "The King of Queens" and "Ellen" were listed in the TV guide (including the USAToday)
and TIVO, but "JAG" was on again in their place. What the
hell is going on with CBS?

You watch CBS?
Seriously, I don't know ... everyone's spazzing right now and shuffling shows around like crazy. Friday night's rarely show consistency to begin with. ABC has shuffled everything around, and we know FOX hasn't shown the same Friday lineup two weeks in a row. I wonder if the networks connect the fact that no one watches TV on Fridays with not being able to figure out what the hell is going to be on.

I Tivo Reba on Friday nights (KTLA at like midnight since it comes in better than my local WB or any other of the Dish superstations).
Otherwise, for the most part, I also don't watch anything on Fridays. I guess I haven't since back in the day when ABC's TGIF lineup went bonkers.

in case you didnt hear they stopped production on Ellen. They have pulled it thru sweeps month. They are gonna show the rest of the episodes in march or april. It might come back next season. There is an article on it in Yahoo Entertainment

I miss Thieves on friday nights. That was my favorite show of this season so far. ABC should've at least given it a chance and moved it to another night or something.

I'd like to see Ellen herself succeed, but I found that show to be pretty uninspired. Maybe they can find another vehicle for her that works.

Yeah, I hope she finds something soon that works.
I do however think "The Ellen Show" is 100,000 funnier
than "Ellen". Don't get me wrong, "Ellen" had it's moments.
But I found myself rolling my eyes most of the time at the
poor writing most of the time. "The Ellen Show" had a great
cast and was consistantly funny. IMO.
