Is anybody watching dragonball z on cartoon network? I'm just wondering in which episode are they on now? I last watch that they are on this tournament in some island and goku had permision to return just for this tournament.

They are currently re-running the episodes leading up to the Majin Boo saga. They played them earlier in the Fall, and are now re-running them.

They've been playing them for a good year now I'd say, longer I think. They just cycle over and over. I pick it up every now and then, pretty neat at times.



Last Thanksgiving I was at my parents house and I was watching DBZ with my dad. It was a particularly weird episode, so I said something before he could: "Don't ask. It's not possible to explain. You just have to watch it, and by the time you understand, you're hooked like a junkie"

It would be nice if they got the new episodes, because one can only see the same dang Majin Buu episode so many times. I saw some of the later eps on the International channel, but I don't speak Japanese so I have no idea what's going on, except that Goku got really pissed and deflated the Buu, then all hell broke loose. Oh, and Hercules is called "Mister Satan" in the Japanese version

Heres the thing (roughly)... They pick up 40 episodes and broadcast them (two months), usually thats about how long each major story arc is. They then replay them twice and then start up on a new series, so, odds are, after this second round of replaying the begin of the Majin Boo Saga, they will have the next batch of episodes, play them, repeat them twice, another batch of episodes, and so forth.

Ain't that the truth. I sure hope it's little Trunks and Goten kicking the tar out of that Stay Puff Marshmallow Man wannabe.

I'm watching for the first time, in an effort to gain some cartoon credibility with my two young nephews... Pretty goofy stuff -- I was laughing my butt off this weekend at the evil wizards & the monster names... Bibbity Bobbity Boo!

I noticed the Toonami ads saying that "Lodoss War" is about to start showing soon... Have they shown that before? I tried to get my nephews into Lodoss last year, but they weren't interested in something that hadn't been hyped on TV already... They'll probably love it now that Toonami's gonna show it...

No, they've never shown Lodoss War (unless I was in a coma and didnt know it) That will be neat, since I have only seen a storyline or two on video.
