Is there anything good on TV Monday nights?

Tuesday: Scrubs, Gilmore Girls
Wednesday: Ed
Thursday: Survivor, C.S.I., ER
Sunday: Band of Brothers (at least until next week)

Monday....

What do you watch on Monday nights? Is Monday the weakest night of TV programming?

Let's see ... this is what I watch ... there may be more.

Monday Night Football
Boston Public
Ally McBeal
Angel
Crossing Jordan
King of Queens (Yes ... oddly enough ... a good show on CBS)
RAW (Not recently, but enough)

If you like shows like Ed, Survivor, CSI, and ER, you are Nielsen's best friend, in which case, I suggest "Weakest Link" ... g'bye!

Hmm... I'm a college football kinda guy, but not pro football as much. Boston Public is looking even more promising after the addition of Jeri Ryan & Michael Rappaport (yeah!). I'm a Buffy fan, but Angel doesn't do it for me. And The Weakest Link cheese me off to no end... I'm fairly sure that there's a place in hell reserved for that show's host. Ugh. Goodbye yourself, witch!

Fire bad!

MNF, depending on the teams and if things are still interesting in the second half.
Angel, which since some time last year has been better than Buffy.

I don't see how there can be much argument over what the weakest night is. It's Saturday. What is on Saturday that's any good in entertainment series programming?

Umm... did you not see that I qualified my post by limiting it to entertainment series programming? Thus I was not counting sports or films.

Umm... do you not find football entertaining? I know what you meant - I just saw the opportunity to point out what Saturdays are really all about. However, it's imporant to note that part of the reason there's nothing good on Saturdays is because no one wants to watch "entertainment series programming" on Saturday nights. They want sports or films. There are a few decent shows on Saturday night, but I sure don't watch them, because I'm focused on sports.

Sports aside, though, you are 100% correct. There is rarely anything worth watching on a Saturday night until 11pm if you don't like sports.

I'm really into the new CBS show "Citizen Baines". It's a really good drama on Saturday at 9.

Hmm... Boston Public, Crossing Jordan (Jill Henessy & medical stuff? Sounds like a winning combo), and 3rd Watch all sound like good candidates for my TiVo to pick up next Monday. Thanks for the suggestions, and keep 'em coming!

I definitely don't find college football entertaining. Maybe it comes from having gone to a school whose football team was so bad they scrapped the program and now play a soccer game for Homecoming. Anyway, 7th Heaven is on Mondays. That's all I watch on Monday nights. Actually here's my general television schedule:

Monday
7th Heaven

Wednesday
Dawson's Creek
Felicity

Thursday
Survivor
CSI
ER
