every few seconds there's a popping noise and a white flash. This is the only channel doing it so I think it's a tnn problem

I just watched this channel for the first time the other night ("Miami Vice") and couldn't believe how distracting the station logo (bug) was.
I shut it off after 10 minutes... there's no reason to be that intrusive. (But, on topic, I didn't notice any pops or flashes.)

TNN ... We've Got Pop!
Sorry, that just struck me as really funny for some reason...My reception has always sucked for them, so it's prolly just you. If you are the second or third TV along the line of a bunch of TVs hooked to the cable, that seems to be one of the big problems. Comes in fine in the living room but sucks in the bedrooms.

I have all of them but TMP. I hope it comes out soon. What really sucks is that the others have no good special features. Just a crappy version of the trailer that looks worse than a 10 year old vhs copy

Well, that fits well with the big on forever bug at the bottom of the screen.
Everytime I see this on, I get more frustrated waiting for the DVD.

I couldn't tell if you knew or not, but ST:TMP is coming out on DVD on Nov. 6th.

Ah yes, Star Trek: The Motion Sickness. Sorry, couldn't help it. There was a parody done at a Con one year and that was the title. I found it highly amusing. And yes, I am a Trek fan.
Haven't watched TNN in a while, so I'm not sure about the logo, but when TNT does the what's on now and next at the bottom when a show comes back from commercial, that damn annoying.
