Its all in the bra's.
She is really stacked, but you have to take into account she sometimes wears clothing that push down, or do not highlight the breast to well. in her black clothing, its more like they are pushed down and she has no support in bra's to show them off. when she doesn't wear bra's with her outfits they just sag down there a bit,
