So... what'd ya think?
All i can say is:

It's got possibilities. It needs to distance itself from that whole "Men In Black" vibe, though.

By the way, what did you think of Ms. Sofer in that pink T-shirt? (I'm pretty sure you know what I'm talking about!)

i agree, the MIB gimmicks are a bit much. i half expected to see a guy in a black suit & shades walk across the screen (or maybe one of them did...?)

Honestly, I thought it was really silly. I love the Rena and will continue to give this show a chance, but I'm not sure where they're going with it. It was way too MiB-ish and quite contrived in a lot of places. I had to laugh with the way Sci-Fi promoted it - throwing a new episode of Farscape at us, and then claiming the first two completely independent episodes were a "2-hour Premier" Like I said, I'll give it a shot - at least long enough to see George Takei.

I found it to be highly original...Aside from the unique plot of investigating strange phenomena, it had a hot chick, a witty black guy, a gruff boss, and an "Aww Shucks" geeky white guy. On top of all that it had lots of one liners in the dialogue! Wow, where on Earth do they keep coming up with all these new ideas?

Finally watched the first episode tonight. I thought it had some promise with colorful characters, but might be a bit too cheesy for its own good. It also makes absolutely no sense at all... how does some magazine afford all the money for their huge business, the archive, and all these funky gadgets...

This is "explained" away in the second episode. Not much of an explanation, but at least recognition of the absurdity.
