I know you can download them and burn them onto a CD and then you can play them on a PC, But I want to watch them on my TV.

I don't know how the whole VCD thing works, Will a file for the PC which was put on a CS play on my DVD player as a VCD?

Where can I find Family Guy VCDs? (I see them on fleabay, but they are CDRs for the PC ) (or are they coming out on DVD soon and I should wait)

VCDs also play on most DVD players.

Use a CD-RW disc, because they'll play on a lot of DVD players that won't play homemade VCDs.

Where can you download the episodes from?

Download from kazaa.com (just like napster, only has videos/images too!), then download Nero to burn it to CD-R.

I've done this with Jackass episodes, Beavis & Butthead episodes, etc.
