It is hilarious - hardly surprising as it has several ex-Seinfeld writers, and a quality cast. Sad if it wasn't picked up by someone else. I can't really understand why a network would shoot themselves in the foot by cancelling such a quality show.

<small>Originally posted by Zoomer I hope the cancellation doesn't make any of the cast members ...
Good one, Zoomer!
<small>Hopefully someone will bring it back as a midseason replacement if it don't come back this fall!

I love Norm MacDonald and at first I was pissed when i saw this thread......then it occurred to me I haven't watched the show in more than a year. Oh well...
But then again, that episode where his boss's son wants to go to culinary school and makes the food with the pot and they all get high from eating it will always be fondly remembered by me.

This show was great, but stuck on the crappy friday night schedule. What was their official reason for dropping it? I thought it was doing pretty well and seemed to be liked by a lot of people.

Many moons ago, I started The Fake News, but after I sold the online magazine, I quit keeping up with the TV show. I never really felt it was a good vehicle for Norm, and he was just doing it with the dream of syndication. I'd like to see him do some guesting on Stern and Conan. Maybe finish that comedy CD he claims to have in the works. Funny guy.
And as much as I love Nikki Cox's cans ... I can't bring myself to TiVo her WB show.
