I was looking through some old VHS tapes that my parents had recorded from the 80's. (My father has been recording off TV since the first days of the VCR). ... and I came across some copies of the old Paper Chase series from Showtime and Network TV. EXCELLENT SERIES.
Anbody know if these may make it to DVD anytime soon??

DVD Talk Legend
The TV series didn't last long, perhaps only a season, but it was an excellent example of high-quality 70s TV drama. Very much a ground-breaker. John Houseman played the same character as in the film, and the writing quality was exceptional for network TV.
In fact, it was picked up for additional new episodes after it was cancelled by the network--though I was wrongly remembering PBS rather than Showtime...
I'd be surprised if it ever found its way to DVD. I don't think it's ever been available on VHS, either. Shame.
