Bobby is getting to old and he forgets a lot of stuff, that's why wcw wasn't using him. Also they would have to cut down on the spots by the announcer table because Bobby is to old to be diving around.

Yeah except that Paul E offers things to the federation that Bobby doesn't hence no Bobby. Actually Paul E is not bad except that most fans are used to the semi-heel/funny guy where Paul E. is a straight heel announcer like the old days.
