TV/Movies that seem to never be available for streaming
I have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO, and Starz, so it seems that just about anything I could want to see would likely be available somewhere. But I do have a small list of stuff I keep an eye out for but it never seems to show up. Kinda frustrating, but I realize there’s likely behind the scenes negiotation and such that can sometimes break down.
Right now the top of my movie list is “Attack the Block” while top of my tv list is “Alias.” I’ve never seen either, other that a few episoed of Alias season 1 here and there. Seems like with Alias’ cult following it should be somewhere. And AtB has a cast like John Boyega and Jodie Whittaker that have gone on to be rather big in the genre. It seems like both would be great choices for streaming somewhere.
Anyone else with a wish list of titles desired for future streaming availability?

Alias' entire 5 season run was on Hulu for a very long time from what I recall.
But licensing eventually expires.
I'd like to see the 1960's Batman series show up on streaming. Seems like DC Universe would be a logical place for it, but no news yet when or if it will be available.

http://canistream.it should cover it, thanks!
I use Just Watch. The search function is good if you're looking for a certain title.
But where it really shines are the excellent filtering options. They really help if you're looking for something to watch. Like if I subscribe to Netflix & Amazon Prime and I want to watch a Rated-R Comedy from the 1980's that scores over 6.0/10 on IMDB.

This is one of the reasons I don’t like streaming. It seems like a good amount of the time I specifically want to watch something and think: “oh, they’ll probably have that” I wind up not finding it. I realize licensing things holds up and not everything will be available, but I often don’t find things I really want to watch. It’s one of the reasons I cancelled Netflix.

Life On Mars and it's spinoff Ashes To Ashes. The British Series was on Hulu then on Amazon Prime, now it's nowhere to be found in the Us. Don't think also the 00's Series from the UK At Home with the Braithwaites has ever been available to stream in the Us.

Boston Legal.
subscription services are no different than any cable channel, they're just on demand instead of constantly running. You can usually find most movies/shows available for purchase or rental on other sites.

There's a few David E Kelley shows I'd like to see again. Boston Public, Picket Fences and Chicago Hope.
I'm guessing it's the music rights that are holding them back.

I hardly ever can find a specific movie I want to stream so I see physical media being here for quite some time.

Amazon briefly had pretty much every episode of Pawn Stars for streaming a few years back and then they yanked it off. I never seen complete seasons of those History channel shows available again on Amazon or Netflix.

The classic Miyazaki/Ghibli movies aren't available digitally for either purchase or streaming, at least in the US.
