Re: Disney+ streaming service

Agent Carter One Shot was removed from the service. I just checked and it's not there. If you own the Iron Man 3 BD, you still have it.

But I got rid of all my Marvel Blu-rays since they were all on Disney Plus so I didn’t think I’d need them anymore!

Re: Disney+ streaming service

Anyone know why they removed it? Seems like an odd thing to lose over licensing or something.

Re: Disney+ streaming service

Cinderella 2015 was removed from the service a year ago and has yet to return. There was also no explanation for that. I did notice it's on Starz right now.

Yeah I don't get why of all things a short film would get removed. I know it's not "important" material, but odd.

Re: Disney+ streaming service

It was only added two weeks ago. I severely doubt it has anything to do with rights. Just watch the Agent Carter show instead.

If it's super important to you... here: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x27z5eg

You only got One Shot. You missed your chance. This opportunity comes once in a lifetime.

Re: Disney+ streaming service

Yeah I thought it came out with the What if Agent Carter episode. It's still available as an extra on Iron Man 3 on Movies Anywhere (probably other vendors too, didn't check).

    Re: Disney+ streaming service

Marvel Cinematic Universe fans are soon going to be able to see even more of the Avengers assembling on Disney Plus.

Starting this Friday (Nov. 12), Disney Plus subscribers will be able to stream 13 Marvel movies in Imax’s Expanded Aspect Ratio — which offers up to 26% more screen picture compared with conventional widescreen format. Disney Plus is the first major streaming service to provide the Imax Enhanced features for at-home viewing (although of course without Imax’s gargantuan screens).

The 13 titles available in the Imax-enhanced format include the Disney Plus premiere of “Shang-Chi and the Legend of The Ten Rings.” on Nov. 12. The others are “Iron Man,” “Guardians of the Galaxy,” “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,” “Captain America: Civil War,” “Doctor Strange,” “Thor: Ragnarok,” “Black Panther,” “Avengers: Infinity War,” “Ant-Man and the Wasp,” “Captain Marvel,” “Avengers: Endgame” and “Black Widow.” (According to Disney, the availability of some titles will vary by market.)

    Re: Disney+ streaming service

I'm looking forward to checking out some of these IMAX enhanced movies. That's a really cool feature to add for Disney +

I don't have a super big TV. 40 inch 4K TV from 2016. But, I'm sure it will still look good.

Hadn't seen Shang-Chi yet, so it'll be a good one to check it out first.

Looks like most are defaulted to the IMAX version when you go to their first page. Very cool.

Is the IMAX offering a limited time thing or are they going to be up for a while?

I think it's a permanent new feature. There was nothing to indicate it was temporary.

I read that subscriptions have leveled off. So stuff like this will drawn in/back some subscribers.
