Has Disney said anything about fixing the out of order episodes in their series on Disney +? I'm still trying to figure out where the pilot episode for Ducktales is.

Looks like a Percy Jackson series is in development. The writer is directly involved so it will mostly likely be a more faithful adaptation.

I read the books, and oddly liked the movies a lot, despite the differences. But I'm definitely in for a reboot series. There's a lot of fun stuff in those series of books.

One of the Nat Geo shows Dr. K Exotic Vet just randomly had all 8 of its seasons removed from Disney+ in the last couple days. Very bizarre since all the other Nat Geo shows are still there and it's an ongoing series with more episodes still coming. Sucks because it's one of the only reality shows my wife and I like.

I've seen a lot of that on broadcast TV also, just flipping channels. America just gets more repressed.
Comment on that picture says they also cut out the line from Diary of a Wimpy Kid where he says "I heard someone say that Bryce Anderson has a cute butt- what does that even mean?" That part is repeated ad nauseam on the blu-ray main menu! Again this is a dangerous precedent- if you're going to edit even PG-rated content down to G-rated, it needs to be clearly marked and the option for the unedited version available by choice.

My son is fascinated by Dr. Pohl. The rest of us are too, to a lesser extent. I'm both glad and surprised there's something like 10 seasons of it.

Today is the 28th, you know what that means!
That's right, original aspect ratio for the Simpsons.
Before playing an episode go to the Simpsons page and click on Details, there's a toggle for "Remastered Aspect Ratio" that you can (and should) toggle to off.

Okay, the Splash censoring of basically a naked butt I can sort of justify/understand but a slight hint of cleavage...jeebus that shit needs to stop.
Dissapointing that the “slippery slope” that folks worry about when Disney+ blurred the scene in Splash is indeed in full effect now that fully clothed women in shows are having parts of their body blurred out. This...is a problem, and Disney+ may need to ask their censors to ease up on the digital fur button. They went down this slope fairly quickly too so while I did not clutch pearls at their Splash alterations I will admit I was wrong not to be a bit a frustrated at their actions.
I hat to drag politics into this but who are these saintly souls that Disney is protecting from corruption by blurring out cleavage, are they the same souls that will cheer if a cop shoots a protester in the head on national tv?
At least with HBO Max this is not an issue, and maybe D+ will think about just putting some of the content they would normally censor on Hulu instead.

I have a hard time believing that Disney went in and started blurring Wizards of Waverly Place just for Disney +, I still think they pulled it from some other source that was already censored (not that it makes it any better). Despite E Unit's comment, kids are not watching that for the mom.
