I picked up the Fandango deal, but it won't let me add it to my account. The FAQ says I have to add it when checking out on my next purchase, so a little bit of a hassle to make sure I have the number handy.

I know last year HBO Now GCs were on sale at BB around BF. I looked at all the released BF ads but didn't see any deals. Anyone see something I haven't?

I haven't looked at any ads yet, but the past 2 years I've also gotten Hulu cards at 25% off at Dollar General (I think, one of the dollar stores).
I got the HBO ones at BB last year too.

A reminder that tomorrow is likely the day that your 99c Hulu sub expires (from Black Friday last year) and they'll start charging you normal price.

Thanks for the heads up! $3 is a steal for this movie. It's a funny and charming movie. Going into a politically themed romcom, I was prepared to do a fair amount of eye rolling, but it surprisingly in part has a "You know those folks you demonize for having a different POV? They may not be so evil after all." message. My jaw dropped at that given the polarized time we live in.

Hellboy, on the other hand, is just as bad as its reputation.

Weird, I gave $2 in digital credits, but it won’t apply them to Long Shot.

Why So Blu? 11-24-19 12:51 PM

It may have on the backend. I had $1 in digital credit and when I went into my order details the final price says $1.99.

I recently rented Longshot but will get it at that price. I got Hellboy in that recent 3/$5 deal.

A bunch of premium channels are on sale for 1/2 off at Amazon. This is for 3 months.

  • Epix $2.99 Down From $5.99
  • CBS All-Access $4.99 Down from $9.99
  • Britbox $3.49 down from $6.99
  • BET+ $4.99 down from $9.99
  • Nickhits $3.99 down from $7.99
  • MTV HIts $2.99 down from $5.99
  • PBS Masterpiece $2.99 down from $5.99
  • PBS Kids $2.49 down from $4.99
  • Noggin $3.99 down from $7.99
  • Boomerang $2.49 down from $5.99
  • Shudder $2.49 down from $5.99
  • Up Faith and Family $2.49 down from $4.99
  • Sundance Now $3.49 down from $6.99
  • Comedy Central Now $1.99 down from $3.99
  • Motortrend $2.49 down from $5.99
  • Smithsonian Channel Plus $2.49 down from $5.99
  • PBS Living $1.49 down from $2.99

Epix is a good deal for basically $9 for 3 months. You can catch up on Pennyworth, which is a great show.

Same with commercial free CBS All-Access if you want to catch up on Star Trek Discovery, the shorts or Twilight Zone.

But, I realize there's not a lot time in the day to keep up with all these in addition to your current subscriptions, so it will be a likely pass for most of you.

AaronHernandez 11-27-19 01:49 AM

Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread

The thing with epix is their entirely library of films are already on Prime or Hulu.Unless you 100% are wanting to watch Pennyworth or Get Shorty it's pretty useless to get. Ditto with CBS All Access, not sure what use it is to anyone unless they are a giant Star Trek fanatic. Everything else is CBS network shows which you don't need to pay for to watch free online and catalog shows which are already on other services.

I was thinking The Art of Self-Defense 4K for $6... hell yeah I'll get that one a few others. -screwy-

Vudu has Parks and Rec bundle for 24.99 and the League for 29.99

I think this is matching itunes, which has a bunch more, and may be a better option now that apple tv allows viewing itunes shows (vudu is missing from fire TV, for instance)

There's also a spend $25 on gift cards, get $5 with promo code "Enjoy2019" https://www.fandangonow.com/giftcards
The question I have is, are these combinable? Spend $25 on gift card on yourself and get $5 additional, then spend that $25 and get $8?
