I just bought Tomb Raider 4K (2018) off iTunes for $8 and didn't realize it wasn't a Movies Anywhere title. It's only a UV title.

That's really weird considering it's a WB movie. Not a biggie since I have an Apple TV, but really strange.

Any reason why this title isn't a MA title? Even though the studio does participate in MA.

Is Tom Raider as sexy as Lara Croft?

Tomb Raider was a joint production by WB and MGM, and all the services credit it to MGM (and iTunes has a double feature of it with the Bruce Willis Death Wish, which is pure MGM), so apparently they have the US distribution rights.

Bastards at MGM, Paramount and Lionsgate need to get their heads out of their asses and join MA.

Yep. Lack of MA isn't going to keep me from watching the new Mission Impossible, but it may affect whether I buy it or rent it, and if it's on sale on a service I don't usually use, I'm probably not going to pull the trigger. We have a lot of entertainment choices, and MA has been a tiebreaking factor for me more than once.

You should still buy it. Tomb Cruise does an amazing job in it.

MGM is dirt cheap and will join MA years from now. I don't think the major studios behind MA really care about getting Lionsgate to join. Paramount is likely in 2019.

MGM never joined UV, so I’m not optimistic about them joining MA.
