That's a nice list. I think I'll pass on the biggies since I for sure want the physical versions of Bohemian Rhapsody, Star Is Born, First Man, and Ralph Breaks the Internet just for the Atmos soundtrack.

But this is a great deal to pick up UHD versions of movies that don't even have a 4K disc release like Tully or Old Man & the Gun for only $7.50

Based on the lack of Movies Anywhere symbol on Old Man & the Gun, it'll be stuck on FandangoNow only?

It's a FOX title, so I'm hoping it'll be added to MA closer to release date.

It's 20th Century Fox, so it should be good for MA once it's actually released, though I guess you don't know for sure. It's not listed as MA on VUDU either.

edit 2 - Fox's Can You Ever Forgive Me and Universal's Green Book are also not showing MA at this point. Hope it's a preorder issue. Bought them all.

Apparently once you redeem the FandangoNow coupon code it sticks to your account for 20 uses or until April 2019 so if these eligible titles are cheaper later you still get 50% off. I was tempted by Boy Erased or Green Book (which should be UHD at some point) but might wait it out if above is true.
