I was planning to get Spiral at some point anyways since I like the Saw series and this seems like a decent enough deal. I got Spiral, Hell Fest and Fear of Rain. All UHD. It's $6 per title, which includes Spiral.

I chose to redeem them in Apple TV as it actually carries the bonus content. Vudu does not.

Did they fix Spiral on itunes? Someone earlier said it was redeemed SD.

Yes I was going to mention it. They did not issue the correct version of Spiral. It has no extras and not in 4K. I had to email FanFlix. They did respond back and said they are looking into it.

I don’t recall any previous Fanflix deals involving a new release, so that’s interesting.

FanFlix got back to me and this is what they said. There appears to be an issue with the code redeeming on Apple. They said they're working to fix it.

Just FYI The new 4k digital copy of Almost Famous is on sale for $9.99 at iTunes. I think if you buy the theatrical cut, you get the bootleg cut as an iTunes extra. At least that's what happens when you redeem the code on iTunes.

I've been waiting for a sale on the Peanut Butter Falcon and would gladly pay $4 for that movie alone. (Great flick!) Guess I'll also get Lord of War for my growing Nic Cage collection.

ETA: apparently from a post in this thread, a bunch of them will redeem in 4K in iTunes. (I'm a Vudu man myself, so I can't confirm.)

If anyone is interested in the Spiral deal, FanFlix fixed the issue and new redemptions are now good in 4K.

They sent me a new code yesterday for Apple TV and it was in 4K and over-wrote the bad version.

I think the only live-action Nic Cage movies from the last 10 years that are in my collection are from Fanflix deals.
