Index/Directory/guide of lesser known Roku channel material

I'm not really sure how to ask this question but is there any easy method of locating various programs on the lesser known channels available on Roku?? This came to mind when I somehow stumbled across a show called "The Supersizers Go" (not the Supersizers movie) a week or so ago but simply forgot what channel it was on. I've used www.canistream.it but that seems to be limited to places like hulu +, Amazon and the like. I believe it was on one of the feeble, but free, channels like PopcornFliz, TubiTv, Ovguide, Viewster, snagfilms or filmrise. I've attempted to scroll through each channel but can't locate it again. I see it appears to be on Hulu+, but this was on one fo the free channels. For now I'm watching it on my Computer on regular Hulu. Perhaps one of channels removed it but the question remains as to finding shows.

Thanks in advance,

Rick

I think it's OvGuide, tho that appears to just be pulling it off Hulu.
