"Room", -the movie that won Brie Larson the Oscar, not the Tommy Wiseau cult "favorite", -is now available on Prime.

I wish the EPIX Channel titles (Amazon has a deal with them, apparently), -like "Mr. Holmes" would get to Prime a little quicker, since they're actually shown in their proper aspect ratio, and not cropped like on the channel.

I appreciate the list of titles coming to Amazon Prime, but is there a quick and easy way to see what are new titles to Amazon Prime, either on the site or elsewhere. I used to check a site called instantwatcher, which does a great job with Netflix. but it's list of "new" Prime titles is clogged with you.tube-ish video clips, trailers and other non-essentials. On the site, -unlike Netflix, -there's no "straight-forward" list of titles, -I get a few, but I also get a bunch of obscure titles based on something I may have sampled. Otherwise, the lists seem to be pushing me to stuff I have to pay additionally for. I'm just looking for a list similar to the one above that I can check on a particular day.

Yeah, unfortunately Amazon has a lot of crap like that clogging their "Prime" stuff to fluff their numbers.

InstantWatcher is still your best resource, but use the filters. Here's the filter I usually look through -- Gets rid of any clips < 10 minutes long, Prime only, and only lists items with an IMDB entry.

I just streamed Convergence (amazing Sci-Fi movie) and Son of a Gun (nice crime heist movie). Recommend both.

Coherence is one of the best micro budget movies out there :up:

I haven't tried Convergence yet, but I do like psychopath Ethan Embry these days, he does well with those kinds of roles (The Guest, Cheap Thrills)
