1, 2, 4. Hopefully 3: Dark of the Moon will also go 4k soon.

My movies did not upgrade, still hdx. Wonder what’s the basis for an upgrade.

You had to have them in UHD from somewhere. I got them from when Paramount was selling them for $0 on their site. They were stored in my UV locker (myuv.com) until now.
Vudu just not started carrying them in UHD so that's why they just showed up on Vudu as UHD if you had them in your UV locker.

I can't remember, they might have already been UHD on FandangoNow.

That freaking reminds me, I bought one of those years before MA and it came with a digital copy, viewable at Disney Movie Rewards I guess. Can’t find that and other “TV” content since the switchover to MA.

Re: The VUDU Thread - News, Bargains & UV Codes

So I'm trying to maximize a deal on vudu because I'm cheap.
I found some % off coupon codes, but can't find where to put them. One description says "enter at checkout" but I don't see a place to do that (on vudu.com on PC with Firefox).
- Are these only valid in certain scenarios?
- Does Vudu accept these?
- If so, how?
- Am I being too cheap?

By the way, I have historically been "against" services like this, and while I'd rather pay ~15 bucks for a physical disc with digital, I'm seeing the advantage in the service - I gave my wife her favorite movie on Vudu for Christmas and she's already watched it. And it's very tempting during this sale to just click buy a bunch of times. I'm also going through my disc collection and adding digital copies for those I haven't done before (just did one today that theoretically expired in 2013 so that was nice.) Not sure about a few of the TV series/season sets, I am on the fence about selling them or using them.
The app being easy to use, and accessible through all my TVs and Xbox, helps a lot.

Watch a free "popular TV" title today, get 10% off a purchase.

Kind of an odd mix of stuff. I watched an episode of 3rd Rock from the Sun.

Re: The VUDU Thread - News, Bargains & UV Codes

I wish Vudu would stop doing this, as it's reigniting the urge for mindless consumption in me. Sure, the movies don't take up space in my living room, but they're taking up space in my GD wallet ...

Disney provided a limited window when you could transfer ownership of those digital movies over to MA last year. That window is now past.

Might be worth calling to see if they make an exception for you to transfer your content.

I did that, and all my DMA movies transferred, but things like Toy Story of Terror were classified as television and are now lost in the ether as far as I can tell.

I think I have all my Disney. I know have Lion King, Frozen, Lady and Tramp, etc...
Is there any particular movie to maybe look for to check?

Toy Story Of Terror should have transferred to Movies Anywhere. Mine did.

Toy Story of Terror transferred for me as well.

Using your DMR history and when you entered your DMR points, maybe you can find all the titles that didn't transfer and use that list to contact them as it seems there was an issue transferring your titles.

Glad to offer the suggestion. And I know how frustrating the digital world is some (many) times.
