Hostiles is worth 10 bucks alone.

I don't buy shit anymore unless it is 4K or something really obscure. Most everything streams in HD nowadays. I assume HDX is just 1080p?

Yes. HDX is Vudu/Fandango at Home's version of HD. There's a 4K version of Hostiles, but it's not available in this set.

I just noticed that Strike Back, the old Cinemax show, is no longer available to stream anywhere. It's never been on HBO Max either.

I have 4 of the 7 seasons on digital. Also own 6 seasons on BD. Season 7 was digital and DVD only.

But, anyway, I still have access to the seasons I have access to, but you can longer get the rest.

I love Strike Back and bought as many seasons on disc as I could, and have them all on Vudu, at least some via digital copy. I just watched an episode the other day coincidentally.

This is so weird. Somehow I got Supergirl added to my Library last week. I didn't buy it. Got no email about it. It's HDX, so it's not a 4K upgrade of a previous purchase. I checked my Fandango account - it shows a "purchase' for $0.00. Not like a Fanflix purchase which shows as "$0.00 Promotion" on the transaction history. Very strange. No idea why. Wish I was gifted a better movie, but whatever.

Maybe it was added to a bundle you purchased before? It is part of the WB 100 25-Film Collection Volume Three .

Verizon customers... heads up again... There is a $15 Fandango (theater) promo again in MyAccess. I didn't see one for FaH but it could show up too.

Where do you find this? I have Verizon and have never heard of MyAccess. I looked on my account and see a bunch of music ticket offers accessory crap, but no Fandango offers.

Is it usually under the "Anytime Deals" section? Only other sections for me to choose from is "Big Tickets" and "Local Passes."

Would love to use this for The Naked Gun this weekend. Hell, I had to do a search on the Verizon website for MyAccess to even find that section.

Yes, they are typically in that "Anytime Deals" section. Make sure you click the option to see all for the entire list. I've seen codes/gifts like this very visible on the MyAccess section and other times at the bottom of a list tucked away.

I use the Verizon app and it's right there on the main page when I log in. They have been randomly popping up and once the claim limit is hit, they disappear. Like Cardsfan111 said sometimes they are at the top of the list (and immediately visible) and other times you have to show all first.

I missed out a few weeks ago when they had Amazon gift cards from $5-$50.

[Side rant]I'm glad for these freebies from Verizon. Makes up slightly for the way my bill keeps increasing -- another e-mail this week telling me that a previous "discount" was going away by September 1st. This backwards way of raising prices irritates me.[/rant]

Yup. I haven't got the email yet but I have to imagine I will because I have of the older plans. Seriously debating moving to Visible. Same network at basically half the price.

It wasn't a general plan price change. They eliminated a bunch of old loyalty discounts. Not everyone had them. I was getting $20 a month off (for several years) for having 4+ lines.

Recently I was looking for A Better Tomorrow, and noticed Vudu had it as a preorder. Now they have the trilogy advertised as an exclusive, and I was tempted to bite at $40 even though I assume it’ll go on sale at some point. Now they’ve bundled them with The Killer and Hard Boiled, which I also want, in a Hong Kong Classics 10-pack on sale for $70, which seems like a pretty reasonable price.

Your link also had a Hallmark that I’ve been waiting for a few years to hit digital, so more good news.

Just noticed the A-Team complete series available and on sale at $25 for HD.

Now I need Fandango to get the new 4K of Knight Rider.

Re: The Fandango at Home (Vudu) Thread - News, Bargains & Codes

I got a 4K upgrade for the new Color Purple.

I'm loving all the new catalog titles (people older than me love to quote the Marx Bros so I've bought some of those to educate myself), but many of them are REALLY obscure. I consider myself a fan of 1930s and newer movies, but I've never heard of a lot of these. Maybe I'll recognize the names of the leads. I'm glad they're available, but I wonder how many get absolutely zero sales.

Damn...might have to pick that up though I don't buy a lot of digital releases. Season two was never released on BD and this shows that both seasons are in HD.

Tons of great extras on both seasons of the DVD sets that were dropped on the BD releases of the episodes for Season 1.
