I watched Pirahna (2010) and was highly entertained.

I think it's worth mentioning that "Freaks and Geeks" has been added to Netflix Instant Streaming. So, if you haven't seen this short lived 1999 series, do yourself a favor and give it a watch. Good stuff.

Mulholland Dr. (2001) ( link ) - David Lynch's mysterious film about the trials and tribulations of Hollywood is streamable now.
(You may not agree, but I think the film is one of Lynch's best works)

I found Mario Bava's Twitch of the Death Nerve (1971) on there (under one of it's many alternate titles: Bay of Blood).
This film was highly influential on the slasher genre, Friday the 13th Part 2 in particular.
