Hi everyone. I was just wondering if I'm the only lucky one here.
My last two shipments from Amazon have been sent two and three days AFTER the street date.
A while ago, I actually had a few sent before the street date.

So the question is.......

When have your recent orders from Amazon shipped? Before, on the street date or after the street date?

My last order shipped the day after street date, and my Crow: CE hasn't shipped yet.

I preordered 'Ben-Hur' and 'Wonder Boys'. My credit card was charged on March 12, the DVDs streeted on the 13th, they shipped on the 14th, and I still haven't received them today, the 20th. Isn't USPS Priority Mail supposed to be two or three days?

I'm in the same boat.

I wonder what's going on.

"Almost Famous" was shipped to me on the day before the street date, and arrived the day after the street date.

I ordered Avalon on March 7th, and it was released on the 13th. Today is the 22nd and it hasn't shipped yet. The estimated delivery date is March 27-April 2, and it says it usually ships within 24 hours. I'll probably get The Natural (April 4th) before I get Avalon!

So far most of my orders where shipped on the day before or right on the street dates. The earliest delivery was on the street date. The worst was on the next Monday following the street date. Amazon used to send my stuff by USPS First Class and occasionally by USPS Priority Mail. Now they seem to start using Media Mail consistently (equivalent to 4th Class or something, which really sucks).

Received Remember the Titans Thursday after Tuesday's release. It doesn't really bother me, but it is true that I have never received anything from Amazon on or before release date. Fortunately, I have not had to wait for anything very long.

Mine have usually been shipped the day before street date (Monday). So I usually get them the 1 or 2 days after street date.

My last order included Ben-Hur and six Hitchcock titles. I had to wait a week for the release of Ben-Hur, but they shipped on Monday and arrived Wednesday. I typically get my orders from 1-3 days after the release date.
