I just received my REMBEMBER THE TITANS from twec.com on DVD and was disappointed to find that it was Pan & Scan--excuse me, Disney calls it "Full Screen."
What is really maddening is that twec. only offered one version of TITANS and didn't bother to tell its customers which version they were ordering! You just had to assume that this would be the widescreen one.
If you've ever dealt with twec, their customer service doesn't seem to be responsive to order problems. I've tried BOTH their online CS and their phone service and have not had my earlier problems resolved.
Any suggestions on how to deal with twec?
