www.Samgoody.com ships DVDs early

I ordered the Dragonball Z DVDs Androids: Invasion, and Androids: Dr. Gero from http://www.SamGoody.com on Monday, March 5th, they were supposed to not ship till March 13th based on a statement from the company that produces DBZ, but I got a shipping notification on March 8th. I thinks that was pretty cool of them. Does Sam Goody regularily do this with other DVDs or is this more of a one-shot kind of thing?

That's not early, those dragonball dvd's are out now, I've seen it released in my samgoody stores here. Plus, it's listed 24 hours in stock. Still, it's excellent getting your dvd's on time, and samgoody.com is the best place to get these dvd's, cause they are hard to find.

I ordered an old, existing titles that said ship within 24 hours. And the sucker wouldn't ship until a week later. I called 3 days after I placed the order and the CSR said they needed to do some security check or something and by the way they didn't receive the order in the system until that day I called. So my order was 'in process' for about a week before it finally shipped. Fast my ass!
The sucker charged $4.39 to ship a DVD and the postage on that USPS First Class package was only a dollar something, and they used a cheap padded envelope for the job. They really suck a good profit on those shipping alone!
