ANyone know the email addy for customer service? I was on another DVD board and some kid just posted that he has 6 extra DVD's in his collection that were "lost in the mail" from Netflix. And I want to report this... he has his real name and email address posted on the site... here is a link if you want to see it with your own eyes.
