$20 shipping for a $53 order? I did not even order heavy stuff, just a tools set and a Lego Duplo box. WTF?

Well, looking at their rates list, the tool set was $6 shipping, since all tools have that as a base rate. The Legos were $0.50 per pound. Toys have a $3 base rate, but only the higher rate applies. So your final shipping should have been:

$6 + ($0.50 * Lego weight)

However, I have seen items on Amazon that have a "special surcharge." Did either of your items have something like that? Usually, they charge that on OOP items, or on items that have been recently marked down that they don't want to take the loss on.
