Both IE 5.5 and Netscape 4.7 hang for me when I move from basket to checkout at buy.com...anyone else having difficulties?

The few times I used Netscape 4.6, sometimes it also hangs upon checking out at buy. With IE 5 (I know it's an old version), no problems.
