I have been trying to order a big order from Buy.com since Thursday last week, where I try to use a coupon $30 of $150 and $20 GC that I have received a while ago. Anyway, every time I order I get the message : an error has occurred (in red text.) Well, I called in and tried to figure out what was wrong and they told me that they were having problems with their software and they could not approve of use of any GC. Anyway, they asked me if I still wanted the order or I should try again tomorrow, which was last Friday. NOW, to the problem, I call them again on Saturday and they say they have fixed the problem and then try to process my order again they ask if I want to order without using my GC. Well, I am getting pissed and saying that they have not fixed anything and the problem is the same there. I also tell them, that if they want to have any customers at all they should be a little more customer friendly. Today, they still have the same problem with their software. Well, my guess is that they have hired some recent college grads that does not know anything about programming or networking. Oh well, their loss. I wonder if anyone else have gotten the same message or have had the same problem with their CS.

The problem is definitely there.
I'm going to call tomorrow morning and won't give up untill they process my order for the right price. I don't care if they manually adjust the price or what. One GC expires at the end of the month and I'm leaving in a few days for my holiday. I sure don't want to miss it, plus I really want to buy that stuff.

I ordered the perfect storm with a gift certificate last friday and the order went thru fine. It showed the GC amount deducted from the balance. However, I just got an email message today that my order has been delayed. As of now, they still haven't shipped the order yet. I wonder if this has anything to do with the GC problems. I hope not.

Yup, it finally works now! I've been trying for over a week and kept getting that error message. I was able to use the $30 off $150 coupon that got left in my shopping cart, thank goodness!
