Amazon.com let me down again/Buy.com didn't

I recently placed an order for Touch of Evil w/ Amazon.com. At the time I placed the order, it said it was in stock and ship within 2-3 days. After several days without receiving a ship confirm, I went back to look at the order and it said that it was out of stock and could be availible in 4-6 weeks. I cancelled the order, then placed an order for the same DVD with Buy.com and they shipped it within 3 days.
