I used dvdovernight over the summer quite a bit when I first got my dvd player. It's been about 3-4 months since I returned my last shippment from them and all of a sudden I have a $99.95 charge on my credit card. I never received an email or snailmail from them regarding a late return/missing disk, anything and all of a sudden this charge. I've tried contacting them through email and their customer service number but haven't heard back from them. I went ahead with the charge reversal through my credit card but I'm still kind of upset they did this. Anyone else have similar problems?
