Help! What's the fastest online DVD etailer?

I'm pulling nearly all my hair out in frustration over Amazon and their snail-like speed in shipping out orders! An item "on hand" is estimated for a December 18 delivery?
I need to order the Dave Matthews Band: Listener Supported DVD and have it on my aunt's doorstep in CA by Wednesday, December 13 (she's leaving for Manila with my DVD loot the next day)!
Can any kind soul tell me which online etailer is guaranteed to get orders out the fastest? I don't mind paying extra for 2nd-day shipping. I know Buy.com is unpredictable, and so is Express.com nowadays, all the more so CDNow. I haven't tried any other etailers yet. Your recommendation, please?

www.dvdempire.com has always been good for me. Never had a problem, but I have never been in a "time crunch" either...

You can't beat Outpost.com in terms of speed, order by midnight eastern, get it the next morning 
I ordered X-Men the other day with some free Flooz I had and it came that fast. Not all their DVDs are available for overnight though.

Try overnight or 2nd day shipping from directvideo if they have it. My order shipped out the same day as I placed it.
