An hour on hold...
"Amazon, can I help you?"
"Order specialist?"

"Please hold." (Another hour)
"Your order has been cancelled."

Considering all the B.S. I have gone through with the other online retailers, this is nothing. This is not like waiting 2-3 months for some other retailers to ship items, not like getting the wrong DVD wnd having to go through the hassle of returning it. Just make your order, if they honour it, great! If not, oh well .

What's the proper format for a Haiku?

Proper Haiku Format is this...

A poem that doesn't have to rhyme...
first line 5 syllables
second line 7 syllables
third line 5 syllables

This does not HAVE to be the case - in english it is a bit harder to get the syllables exactly than it is in chinese. You could have a 4, 7, 3 if you want...

It's all about understanding the chi.

the first two lines should be one statement
the last line should be related.

Just let the chi flow through you.

It doesn't have to be perfect.
